Service and Room Reservations Refunds for reservation cancellations are processed in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. 2. Food and Dining Orders Once a dining or room service order is placed and preparation has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. 3. General Exclusions Service charges, transaction fees, and convenience charges levied by payment gateways are non-refundable. All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
