CANCELLATION POLICY Our Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of bookings and reservations at lexisinn. 1. Stay Bookings and Room Reservations * Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund. * Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable. 2. Table and Dining Reservations * Dining and table reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the reserved time without penalty. * Pre-paid reservations cancelled within 2 hours of the reserved time will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Cancellation Process Cancellations must be requested via your account dashboard or by contacting our reservations desk directly.
